You know that somewhere Barry Fraser is licking his lips at the thought of snagging Cherepanov late in the first round.

Somehow I posted this comment on the wrong story.

There is a precedent, sort of. Remember when Garney Henley drafted a dead person for the Ottawa Rough Riders (or were they the Renegades then?)
